Role & Responsibilities

  • Upload and maintain content in the Digital E-Learning App.
  • Create engaging videos to support training initiatives.
  • Organize and set up video shoots with external partners, including managing relationships, stock preparation, and equipment hire.
  • Coordinate training events, including logistics such as booking rooms and restaurants.
  • Provide operational support for day-to-day training activities and global training projects.
  • Consolidate regional data and generate reports for training KPIs.

Skills

Excellent digital skills, including familiarity with video editing tools such as Canva. Strong understanding of fashion and luxury trends, market news, and industry developments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail.

Experience

No prior experience is required, but familiarity with digital learning platforms and video production is beneficial.
