Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain global service standards and retail tools, ensuring clarity and ease of execution in boutiques.
  • Build effective working routines with regional teams, balancing brand consistency with market needs.
  • Consolidate store feedback and operational insights to continuously improve service design and boutique usability.
  • Define and monitor KPIs per service stream, supporting the creation of reporting dashboards.
  • Prepare regular performance updates and recommendations, flagging risks and driving corrective actions.
  • Maintain and evolve hospitality standards and execution guidelines for boutiques.
  • Contribute to the ownership of client-facing tools linked to service execution, supporting rollouts with regions.
  • Support execution in the retail network in partnership with After Sales stakeholders, ensuring service levels and quality standards.
  • Identify and propose new in-store services to elevate client experience and boutique productivity.
  • Support a consistent personalization experience in store, monitoring performance and coordinating improvement actions.
  • Support robust execution of Certificate of Craft in stores, coordinating updates and enriching the service offer globally.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Luxury Goods with exposure to Retail Operations, Retail Excellence, Client Experience, or Store Services.
  • Store exposure preferred, with an understanding of store realities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver through influence in a matrix environment.
  • Comfortable with KPIs and translating insights into concrete action plans.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with a self-starter attitude.
