Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the People Engagement roadmap in alignment with the global People Experience strategy, ensuring budget adherence and curating meaningful experiences that reflect the brand's vision and values.
- Oversee the global harmonization of the new onboarding journey format and conduct sessions at the Milan headquarters.
- Manage the Kering Employee Annual Survey campaigns, including analysis, reporting, and monitoring of Action Plans.
- Administer the employee social responsibility volunteering program, GIVING BACK, including partner association onboarding, program promotion, and participation tracking.
- Ensure effective internal communications through the brand's digital platform, highlighting key moments and brand narratives.
- Collaborate with Image and Marketing teams to enhance the Bottega Veneta Community on network platforms.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with business schools, universities, and student associations in coordination with the Kering Group.
- Coordinate with Inclusion & Diversity Committee Members across regions to implement HQ-curated I&D events and align with Kering Group initiatives.
