Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media plans for specific markets, overseeing campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage local media agencies to ensure alignment with global marketing and campaign strategies.
  • Create comprehensive media plans that incorporate a full funnel, omnichannel approach, collaborating with local and central media agency teams.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for media agencies, ensuring smooth planning, booking, and reporting processes.
  • Oversee local digital campaign setups, including UTMs, trafficking, and measurement, in collaboration with media agencies.
  • Coordinate the Organic Social Calendar with regional teams, ensuring timely planning and reporting in line with global communications.
  • Conduct monthly competitive analysis and identify new partnership opportunities with regional teams and media agencies.
  • Lead the process from media production to execution across digital, print, and out-of-home channels, working with project management and creative production teams.
  • Analyze and present post-campaign performance metrics to the Head of Integrated Media and regional teams, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Control budgets for defined markets, maintaining global budget trackers and reconciling invoices in local and EUR currencies.
  • Maintain up-to-date integrated marketing and media presentations for assigned markets.
  • Facilitate internal information sharing on assigned markets, ensuring relevant teams receive timely updates and proactively seeking planning information from other departments.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in media management within luxury brands, covering both traditional and digital media.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Collaborative and communicative team player with a positive attitude. Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively. Competence in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years in media management roles, specifically within luxury brands, with experience in both traditional and digital media.

Education

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
