Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global client development strategy aligned with brand values and commercial goals.
  • Communicate the strategic vision to stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage a comprehensive Worldwide Client Engagement Calendar.
  • Define a seamless client journey across all brand touchpoints.
  • Create core pillars for the Retail Client Experience to enhance in-store interactions.
  • Design and deploy 360° activations and animations to enrich client engagement.
  • Oversee and enhance one-to-one clienteling strategies within stores.
  • Establish KPIs to maximize ROI of client development initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to evolve clienteling tools and lead training programs.
  • Implement global client feedback mechanisms and use insights for targeted action plans.
  • Lead the global CRM campaign calendar and optimize campaign effectiveness through personalization and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in client engagement roles within the luxury retail industry.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-regional initiatives.
  • Experience in designing bespoke experiences for clients across multiple channels.

Skills

Creative mindset with refined aesthetic sensibility. Robust analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. International experience across multiple luxury markets. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in client engagement roles within the luxury retail industry, with proven leadership in managing cross-regional initiatives.
