Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and drive mid to long term planning for company performance and business development.
  • Initiate efficiency measures to enhance profitability.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Produce monthly management accounts with comprehensive insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders across local, regional, and HQ levels within a matrix organization.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Retail on business growth, capex analysis, and leasing negotiations.
  • Work with Retail and Marketing teams on brand initiatives, KPI measurement, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Opex Budget owners for cost savings through Indirect Procurement.
  • Coordinate with Kering Shared Service Centers to elevate operational and cost efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure a robust internal controls environment.
  • Manage regulatory reporting for external audits and tax filings.
  • Oversee systems implementation.

Qualifications

  • Certified accountant with a minimum of 15 years in Finance and Accounting.
  • At least 8 years of senior experience in sizable organizations, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or Fashion.

Skills

Agile leadership and influential communication. Ability to challenge the status quo with an open-minded and proactive approach. Excellent communication skills for managing expectations across all levels. Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

A minimum of 15 years in Finance and Accounting, with at least 8 years in a senior capacity within sizable organizations, ideally in Retail, FMCG, or Fashion.

Education

Certified accountant qualification required.
