Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and drive mid to long-term planning regarding company performance and business development.
  • Implement efficiency measures and initiate proactive strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Produce monthly management accounts with comprehensive internal and external insights.
  • Engage in business partnering with various stakeholders within a matrix organization at local, regional, and headquarters levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development and Retail on business development, capital expenditure analysis, and leasing negotiations.
  • Work in tandem with Retail and Marketing teams on brand initiatives, KPI measurement, monthly target setting, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with Opex Budget owners on cost savings through Indirect Procurement.
  • Collaborate with Kering Shared Service Centers to enhance operational and cost efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements and facilitate a robust internal controls environment across all departments.
  • Manage regulatory reporting for external audit and tax filing.
  • Oversee systems implementation.

Qualifications

  • Certified accountant with at least 15 years of Finance and Accounting experience, including a minimum of 8 years in a senior capacity at sizable organizations, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or Fashion industry.

Skills

Agile leadership and ability to assert influence to steer business and finance teams. Challenging the status quo with an open-minded and proactive approach. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations comprehensively. Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience

A minimum of 15 years in Finance and Accounting, with at least 8 years in a senior role within sizable organizations, ideally in Retail, FMCG, or Fashion.
