Finance Manager
Bottega Veneta seeks a Finance Manager in New York to lead FP&A, monthly close and consolidation. Salary $115,000–$120,000.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities including budgets, forecasts and scenario modelling to support the consolidation team in Italy.
- Prepare and validate monthly closings, perform GL reconciliations and deliver consolidated IS, BS and cash flow reporting with clear variance analysis.
- Produce sales and gross margin analyses and provide ad hoc financial analysis to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain capital expenditure analysis and required disclosures.
- Prepare and review accounting journal entries, providing technical guidance to accounting staff on complex accounting matters.
- Drive process improvements and propose automation or procedural changes to increase efficiency across reporting and FP&A workflows.
- Navigate and support financial processes across multiple systems (SAP, PBCS, JDA, HFM) to ensure accurate consolidation and reporting.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Excel (look-ups, formulas, pivot tables) and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Practical knowledge of consolidation and close processes, GL reconciliation and financial disclosures.
- Experience with SAP and/or enterprise financial systems; Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), PBCS and JDA experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across finance and commercial teams.
- Prior exposure to the luxury or fashion sector, with experience in retail accounting or audit preferred.
