Role & Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in monitoring retail performance in terms of sales and profitability for Northern Europe.
- Prepare periodic management reports and conduct financial analysis, particularly for capital investments and contract negotiations.
- Drive the annual budget process and periodic budget revisions in collaboration with the GM, Retail Managers, and central Finance team.
- Serve as the main point of reference for Finance matters within the Northern Europe Area, collaborating with the Shared Service Center.
- Manage reconciliation of statutory vs. reporting and act as the primary contact for local auditors.
- Oversee environmental reporting for Northern European countries.
- Manage the P&L of the sub-region and liaise with Retail and Store Managers on financial matters.
- Collaborate with the Legal department for lease management and oversee Northern Europe’s real estate portfolio.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new projects and present business plans to the Regional Management Team.
- Coordinate with local Finance teams to ensure proper reporting, accounting systems, and internal control procedures are in place.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in a controlling team or audit firm.
- Previous experience in retail controlling for fashion brands is highly appreciated.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
