Executive Assistant to the CEO

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule and calendar.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, hotel, and airline bookings for the CEO and other executives.
- Compile and manage expense reports for the CEO and other executives.
- Request, collect, and review weekly business recaps from department heads for submission to the CEO.
- Approve and submit office invoices to Accounts Payable for payment.
- Support the CEO and other executives with various projects as needed.
- Provide confidential administrative support while anticipating and proactively addressing the needs of the CEO.
- Liaise with departments such as HR, Retail, and Worldwide Communications to transmit company information and directives.
- Perform general administrative duties including mail distribution, filing, answering phone calls, and updating internal contact lists.
- Oversee day-to-day office management, ensuring clean and organized workspaces, replenishing office supplies, and maintaining refreshments and amenities.
- Partner with the IT team to ensure all office technology and tools are functioning properly, coordinating support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2 years of previous administrative work experience, preferably within the fashion industry.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, ideally within the fashion industry, is required.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required.
