Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the forecast and budget process by collaborating with various departments to collect and provide necessary information.
  • Assist Finance & Business performance teams in calculating Retail Financial KPIs such as sales density and staff productivity.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the monthly business performance review for headquarters.
  • Analyze retail store performance, including ranking, positioning, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor targets and commission performance against last year and budget.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Skills

Passion for fashion with a customer-centric and omnichannel approach. Attention to detail and effective communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in retail and business analysis is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
