Role & Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA CRM team in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly report analyses on various metrics such as nationalities, prospects, and sales.
- Assist in coordinating events and initiatives, including performance monitoring and ROI calculation.
- Coordinate the production of materials such as newsletters, campaigns, and presentations.
- Participate in store trainings to enhance communication with Store Managers regarding CRM activities.
- Collaborate with the Client Development Manager on regional CRM implementation.
- Participate in regular meetings with subregions and country teams.
- Provide administrative support to the EMEA CRM team.
- Assist with data entry, maintenance, and updates.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an Economics Bachelor or Master’s degree program in Italy.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury and sales/marketing is essential.
Education
Enrolled in an Economics Bachelor or Master’s degree program.
