Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the EMEA CRM team in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly report analysis to understand regional performance and share insights with subregions and local markets.
  • Assist in coordinating events and initiatives, monitoring performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and attendance.
  • Coordinate the production of materials including newsletters, campaigns, and events, and prepare PowerPoint presentations for ad hoc requests.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to generate detailed reports for CRM projects.
  • Participate in store trainings with the EMEA CRM team to enhance communication with Store Managers regarding CRM activities.
  • Collaborate with the subregion Client Development Manager on regional CRM implementation.
  • Participate in regular meetings with Subregions/Country teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the EMEA CRM team.
  • Assist with data entry, maintenance, and updates for the CRM team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Economics.

Skills

Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous. Strong analytical skills. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a passion for the luxury and sales/marketing fields is essential.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Economics.
