Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories department.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate client loyalty and spending through meticulous client record management and strategic collaboration with the team.
  • Maximize business potential in alignment with company strategy.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members, enhancing their skills and driving sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in partnership with the back-of-house team.
  • Uphold the brand’s service values by delivering exceptional customer service and managing professional relationships.
  • Perform operational functions including opening and closing the department, stock management, and back-office tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury sector.

Skills

Strong results orientation and goal-driven mindset. Extensive knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories, and luxury retail operations. Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability, organizational skills, and strong brand ambassadorship. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the luxury sector is required.
