Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories department.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to exceed sales targets.
  • Drive client loyalty and spending by maintaining accurate client records and implementing effective client strategies.
  • Maximize the department's business potential in alignment with company strategy.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their competencies and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
  • Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta's operational procedures and standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage professional relationships.
  • Perform operational functions including opening and closing the department, managing stock, and handling back-office tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
  • Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Extensive knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories, and luxury retail operations.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable, organized, and a strong brand ambassador.
  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
