Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise import processes for group companies, liaising with customs brokers and monitoring goods' arrival.
  • Manage data entry and update customs categories in the PLM system, ensuring compliance with classification rules.
  • Ensure customs compliance of product records and assist technical departments in verifying technical attributes.
  • Maintain communication with Kering's Trade & Customs Compliance and Customer Care offices for product information sharing.
  • Collaborate on customs audits and data retrieval, supporting justification of customs practices and addressing authority inquiries.
  • Support Press & Shipping teams by verifying export documentation for customs compliance.
  • Advise the Retail team on feasibility assessments, analyzing customs costs for international sales and exports.
  • Handle issuance and control of specific customs documents, including Certificates of Origin and ATA Carnets.
  • Provide strategic support on special projects related to industrial logistics.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in accounting/economic technical studies or a bachelor's degree in economics.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customs/import & export within structured companies.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Fluent in written and spoken English. Strong planning and precision skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and dynamic abilities. Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in customs/import & export within structured companies.

Education

Diploma in accounting/economic technical studies or a bachelor's degree in economics.
