Role & Responsibilities
- Support client engagement with CRM data, tools, and insights.
- Assist with direct marketing and clienteling initiatives.
- Contribute to reporting and insights development.
- Participate in data quality management activities.
- Aid in email marketing validations and requests.
- Support clienteling campaigns by pulling client lists and managing asset requests.
- Assist with troubleshooting for the Luce application.
- Engage in ad-hoc seasonal projects and support in-store activations as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to receive academic credit for the internship.
- Availability to work 24 hours per week.

Experience
No prior experience required, but a background in CRM or marketing is beneficial.
