Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the month-end closure of the corporate legal entity, focusing on pre-closing and post-closing activities related to the corporate budget.
  • Oversee the upload of actual and forecast figures into the group's official reporting system, ensuring accuracy in P&L and balance sheet figures.
  • Coordinate intercompany recharges and supervise intercompany balances with subsidiaries.
  • Plan, monitor, and control G&A and IT/MIS costs, acting as a business partner to budget owners.
  • Support the Corporate & Communication Controlling Manager in planning and controlling communication, design costs, and environmental reporting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for budget owners regarding budget and actual management tools.
  • Oversee relationships with group Shared Service Centers.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or auditing.

Skills

Strong change management and process improvement skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel, Oracle HFM, and SAP. Fluency in English.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or auditing.

Education

Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
