Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in generating payroll-related reports.
  • Monitor and maintain the HR system on a daily basis.
  • Record and consolidate company staff movements.
  • Consolidate and analyze Compensation & Benefits data to support managerial tasks.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Experience

No prior experience required, though any experience in HR or a related field is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
