Bottega Veneta in Taipei City seeks a Client Engagement Assistant to manage clienteling, CRM (KA), events and vendor logistics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly client birthday gifts and personalise client gifting according to store guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to regional/HQ teams, consolidating client and store activity data.
  • Operate the Client Engagement system (KA) to extract, segment and deliver client lists on store request.
  • Maintain relationships with Client Engagement vendors, process vendor invoices and manage expense claims.
  • Provide on‑site event support, liaise with vendors and follow up on logistics to ensure flawless execution.
  • Coordinate electronic direct mail (EDM) activity with department stores and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

Qualifications

  • Post‑secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client‑service mindset appropriate for luxury retail environments.

Experience
