Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all in-store sales activities and provide high-quality customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective sales and after-sales service.
- Assist the store manager with various operational tasks.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve sales targets and maximize store potential.
- Foster a stable and harmonious team environment by sharing information and best practices.
- Collect and update client information for customer relationship management.
- Maintain updated inventory information and ensure proper implementation of store transfer processes.
- Uphold the company's service values and standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to establish long-term relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Sales experience, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving significant business results.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
