Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through their purchasing journey.
- Present and explain the collection in accordance with brand standards.
- Act as the brand's ambassador, embodying its values and ethos.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support store management in various sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product characteristics.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in retail or fashion are advantageous.
