Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, discreet client service that reflects Bottega Veneta’s luxury positioning and cultivates long-term client relationships.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a curated client portfolio through outreach, clienteling activities and follow-up communications.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Provide authoritative product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories, advising clients on styling and product care.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to reflect brand aesthetics.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, manage transactions and support stock intake, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention practices.
  • Coordinate after-sales service and client requests, ensuring a consistently exceptional ownership experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour and strong service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling ability; confidence presenting luxury product narratives.
  • Numerical literacy sufficient for daily sales reporting and transaction handling.
  • Professional grooming and presentational standards aligned with luxury retail expectations.
  • Fluency in Mandarin preferred; proficiency in English advantageous for international client interactions.

Experience

Preferably 1–2 years’ experience in luxury or premium retail environments, demonstrating consistent sales performance and direct client management.
