Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high‑value clientele and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Maintain superior in‑store presentation, visual merchandising and product knowledge to uphold brand standards.
  • Manage transactions accurately using the store point‑of‑sale system and support inventory control, replenishment and receiving processes.
  • Provide after‑sales service, including handling client enquiries, repairs and bespoke requests in line with brand procedures.
  • Collaborate with the store team and management to execute local CRM initiatives, events and client outreach activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven excellence in customer service with experience in a retail or client‑facing role; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with discerning clients.
  • Commercial mindset with track record of meeting sales targets and understanding of upselling techniques.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and readiness to support client events.
  • Attention to detail, professional presentation and commitment to maintaining brand standards.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail or client service experience is expected, with preference given to candidates with prior exposure to luxury or premium brands.
