Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all in-store sales activities and provide high-quality service to clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective sales and after-sales service.
- Assist the store manager with various operational tasks.
- Achieve sales targets by employing effective sales techniques in line with company strategy.
- Foster a stable and harmonious team by sharing information and best practices.
- Collect and update client information for CRM and client book purposes.
- Maintain updated inventory information and ensure correct implementation of store transfer processes.
- Uphold the company's service values and standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to establish long-term, positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous sales experience, with a preference for luxury industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving significant business results.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
