Role & Responsibilities

• Execute all in-store sales activities and provide high-quality customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective sales and after-sales service.
• Assist the Store Manager with various operational tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
• Achieve sales targets by employing effective sales techniques in line with company strategies.
• Foster a stable and harmonious team by sharing information and best practices.
• Collect and update client information for CRM and client book purposes.
• Maintain updated inventory information and ensure accurate implementation of store transfer processes.
• Uphold the company's service values and standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish long-term, positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous sales experience, with preference given to those with luxury industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of driving significant business results.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
