Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta approach to sales.
  • Deliver an exceptional retail experience through effective initial contact, needs assessment, product storytelling, and superior after-sales service.
  • Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
  • Demonstrate energy and proactivity, seeking ways to improve results and solve problems.
  • Collect customer feedback on collections and communicate it to the Store Manager.
  • Gather information on competitor activities through visits and media analysis.
  • Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and support colleagues.
  • Ensure the store's interior and exterior adhere to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
  • Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Team player capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.
