Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive client engagement and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging training resources provided by the company.
  • Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
  • Genuine interest in fashion with knowledge of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base. High energy level and polished appearance. Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
