Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties, while maintaining visual standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

Skills

Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities. High energy level and team-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished and well-groomed appearance.

Experience

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-related field.
