Role & Responsibilities

• Execute all in-store sales activities and provide high-quality service to clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective sales and after-sales service.
• Assist the store manager in various operational tasks.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve sales targets and maximize the store's commercial potential.
• Foster a stable and harmonious team environment by sharing information and best practices.
• Collect and update client information for CRM and client book usage.
• Maintain updated inventory information and ensure accurate implementation of store transfer processes.
• Uphold the company's service values and standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish long-term relationships with clients from around the world.
• Sales experience, with preference given to those with luxury industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive significant commercial results.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.
• Fluent English speaking and listening skills preferred.
