Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all in-store sales activities, ensuring high-quality service and developing client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets by employing effective sales techniques in line with company strategies.
- Foster a stable and harmonious team environment by sharing information and best practices.
- Cultivate client relationships through superior after-sales service and excellent customer service.
- Efficiently collect and update client information for CRM and client book usage.
- Maintain updated inventory information and ensure correct implementation of store transfer processes.
- Uphold the company's service values and standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to establish long-term, positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Sales experience required, with preference given to those with luxury industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive significant business results consistently.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
