Role & Responsibilities

• Execute all in-store sales activities and provide high-quality customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective sales techniques and after-sales service.
• Assist the store manager in various operational tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
• Share information and best practices to cultivate a stable and harmonious team environment.
• Collect and update client information for customer relationship management and client books.
• Maintain accurate inventory information and ensure proper implementation of store transfer processes.
• Uphold the company's service values and standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish long-term, positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous sales experience, with preference given to those with luxury industry experience.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant business results consistently.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.

Experience

Prior experience in sales, particularly within the luxury sector, is preferred.
