Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all in-store sales activities, providing high-quality service to clients and developing customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets by employing effective sales techniques in line with company strategies to maximize the store's commercial potential.
- Foster a stable and harmonious team environment by sharing information and best practices.
- Cultivate customer relationships through premium after-sales service and exceptional customer care.
- Efficiently collect and update client information for customer relationship management and client book purposes.
- Maintain updated inventory information and ensure accurate implementation of store transfer processes.
- Consistently uphold the company's service values and standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to establish long-term, positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Sales experience, with a preference for candidates with luxury industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving significant business results.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
