Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute all in-store sales activities and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through effective sales and after-sales service.
  • Assist the store manager with operational tasks to maximize the store's commercial potential.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategies.
  • Foster a stable and harmonious team by sharing information and best practices.
  • Collect and update client information for CRM and client book usage.
  • Ensure accurate inventory information and proper implementation of store transfer processes.
  • Uphold the company's service values and standards consistently.

Qualifications

  • Ability to establish long-term relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in sales, with a preference for luxury industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving significant business results.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
