Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all in-store sales activities, providing high-quality service and fostering client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets using effective sales techniques in line with company strategy.
- Contribute to a stable and harmonious team by sharing information and best practices.
- Cultivate client relationships through superior after-sales service and customer care.
- Efficiently collect and update client information for CRM and client book usage.
- Maintain updated inventory information and ensure correct implementation of store transfer processes.
- Uphold the company's service values and standards consistently.
Qualifications
- Ability to establish long-term relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous sales experience, with a preference for luxury industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving significant business results.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
