Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
  • Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including visual merchandising and maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure a respectful workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages regularly.

Experience
