Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach, appointment setting, and consignment development.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated.
  • Maintain a proactive attitude towards learning and improvement by seeking feedback from peers and management.
  • Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Exemplary work ethic and leadership capabilities.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team-oriented with high energy and a polished appearance. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury environment.
