Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
  • Engage in continuous learning and feedback to improve personal and team performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
  • Foster an inclusive and respectful work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and KPIs consistently.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High energy level and polished appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical capability to be mobile on the sales floor and handle light lifting.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, with preference for luxury retail experience.
