Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks.
  • Uphold the brand image of Bottega Veneta.
  • Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Update and manage client information to optimize CRM usage.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
  • Understand luxury fashion, collections, and trends to advise clients.
  • Assist clients in discovering the collection by suggesting alternative items.
  • Maintain stock organization and monitor stock deliveries and availability.
  • Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and relevant information promptly.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Skills

Excellent client service attitude with adaptability to diverse clients. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment. Team player with the capacity to build a diverse client portfolio.

Experience

Previous experience in sales, particularly within the fashion and luxury sectors, is required.
