Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
  • Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and consultative selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximize transaction value.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting client relationships and keep accurate client profile records.
  • Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of product collections (technical and inspirational) and communicate new deliveries, events and brand initiatives to clients.
  • Support store operations including basic opening/closing tasks, cycle counts, light cleaning and maintaining visual standards (merchandise presentation, signage, lighting).
  • Model company policies and foster an environment of respect, fairness and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet and surpass sales goals and KPIs; demonstrable clienteling skills and a track record of building a loyal client base.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
  • Flexible availability including minimum three closing shifts per week, at least three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, holiday season and annual inventory participation.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to lift and handle packages (5–8 lbs) regularly.

Experience

1–2 years of retail sales or customer-service experience, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
