Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, including appointments and consignments.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are up-to-date and comprehensive.
  • Engage in continuous learning and feedback processes to enhance personal and professional growth.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a respectful and equitable work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury environment.
