Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and engagement.
  • Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages regularly.

Experience
