Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and general store upkeep.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

Skills

Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance. Team-oriented with high energy levels.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury setting.
