Role & Responsibilities

- Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
- Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and processes.
- Embody the brand's service values consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
- Experienced Client Advisor, ideally with a background in luxury and a sensitivity to the Ready-to-Wear sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
- Capable of cross-selling across all product categories.
- Versatile and challenge-driven.
- Fluent in French and English.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience as a Client Advisor in the luxury sector, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear, is preferred.
