Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy and employ sales techniques to maximize performance.
• Share best practices to foster a harmonious team cohesion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate client relationships through effective after-sales service.
• Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
• Ensure stock information is current and execute transfer requests accurately.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and processes.
• Embody the brand's service values consistently.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Experience as a Client Advisor, preferably in the luxury sector, with an affinity for Ready-to-Wear.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive in suggesting commercial performance improvements.
• Ability to cross-sell across various product categories.
• Versatile with a passion for challenges.
• Proficiency in French and English.
