Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver best‑in‑class client experiences by advising on collections and providing personalised styling and product recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets in line with company strategy and proactively close sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through disciplined clienteling and regular CRM updates.
  • Represent and uphold the Bottega Veneta brand image and client journey at all times.
  • Manage store operations including stock organisation, monitoring deliveries and reporting availability issues promptly.
  • Apply company policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance and outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury brands.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Outstanding client service orientation with empathy and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a diversified client portfolio.
  • Flexible, able to multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail, with demonstrated clienteling, portfolio development and target achievement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or degree-level studies in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline preferred.
