Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy and utilize sales techniques to maximize performance.
• Share best practices to foster a harmonious team environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate client relationships through effective after-sales service.
• Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
• Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure process compliance.
• Embody the brand's service values at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
• Confirmed experience as a Client Advisor, preferably in the luxury sector with an affinity for prêt-à-porter.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
• Ability to cross-sell across all product categories.
• Versatile and challenge-driven.
• Proficiency in French and English.
