Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with the company's strategy and employ sales techniques to maximize performance.
- Share best practices to foster a harmonious team cohesion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate client relationships through effective after-sales service.
- Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
- Ensure stock information is current and process transfer requests accurately.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and processes.
- Embody the brand's service values consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clientele globally.
- Experienced Sales Associate, ideally with a background in luxury retail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
- Capable of cross-selling across various product categories.
- Versatile and challenge-oriented.
- Fluent in French and English.
