• Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
• Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and processes consistently.
• Embody the brand's service values at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
• Confirmed experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury sector, with a keen interest in Ready-to-Wear.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive in enhancing sales performance.
• Capability to cross-sell across all product categories.
• Versatile with a passion for challenges.
• Fluency in French and English.
