Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize each transaction and enhance sales performance.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by actively seeking feedback from peers and management.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to build and sustain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and grooming standards. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
